This package breaks down the standard services KellStudio will provide to the client. Depending on the client's desired production outline, the client will have the chose to choose between...
a teleconference 'virtual' meeting can be coordinated, to discuss client goals and wishes of the message or mission that will be defined to deliver to their target audience. OR a shot-by-shot spreadsheet based off the script will be formatted in Excel to facilitate further discussion and refinement. This will include an eight-hour shoot with professional video camera and other required recording equipment. |
FEE-STRUCTURE
Below list the following services that are included and excluded in this package.
PRE-PRODUCTION :
Seven-minute maximum video includes,
Script-writing breakdown with 'shot-list',
[Provided in 'Excel' format reference spreadsheet],
[Limitation - ten-page script]
OR
Virtual two-hour 'vision' meeting.
[Exclusions - does not include casting talent, location scouting, and rehearsals],
[Additional costs - attending rehearsal and or rehearsals are $100.00 per meeting].
PRODUCTION :
A 'One-day' shoot includes eight-hours maximum with travel time,
Travel time includes a normal and customary time distance of 30-minutes,
Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the first 30-minutes of travel distance.
Travel expenses will be reimbursed at a mileage rate established
by reasonable and customary published national standards.
POST-PRODUCTION :
Editing includes 20-hours of post-production processing,
this will include and 'intro'-introduction and or a 'thumbnail' production,
AND
a basic credits 'outro'-out-troduction.

Whether the client wants to showcase a product; is an individual entrepreneur; a company; or, looking to create shorts for entertainment purposes; all content is captured with quality in mind. Media content is captured in either; 1080p or '4K' video format. All types of content can be created with 'green-screen' special effects; graphic design; and animations. Professional audio studio equipment are available, with much more access to industry stock-content available to KellStudio. |

FULL-PRODUCTION PACKAGE

This package contains 'behind-the-scenes' techniques and fundamentals a client will need to bring their vision to life.
KellStudio prepares and supplies the client with specific knowledge and skills to design and product a 'short-film' series or individual production. From 'pre-production' to 'post-production'; the client will take away a polished '4K'-video of work to share across any social media platforms desired. The interactive process includes capturing quality audio, '4K'-video resolution, incorporating graphics design content (if desired), including 'intro's and 'outro's, as well as special-effects with the use of 'green-screen'. |

WRITING & STORYBOARDING
KellStudio will be collaborating with client rewrites or completing compelling conclusions to stories and or messages.
DIRECTING | ASSISTANT DIRECTING
KellStudio will guide the production craft or assist in the development of the narrative to bring out the best performance.
RECORDING VIDEO [4k]
KellStudio will provide professional grade equipment & camera documentation.
EDITS OF AUDIO MUSIC & VIDEO
KellStudio will suggest enhancements to the quality of the video & audio with additional sound effects and music themes to improve the overall technical representation of the storyline to connect with the audience.
PRE-PRODUCTION
KellStudio will assist in character development in creating a background story to fill-out character personality.
KellStudio will use 'storyboarding' to illustrate visualization to represent the 'set' and or 'characters' to help how to best set up the optimal shot.
KellStudio will provide a 'shot-list' to layout individual shots; sequencing them accordingly to capture the best picture and mood.
KellStudio will schedule and coordinate rehearsal 'blocking'; physically interacting and practicing with talent as how to angle and positioning them, showing them how to capture interacting with the 'set' environment.
PRODUCTION
Two to three - Day-Shoot schedule.
Four-to-six-hour days in length are customary, long Day-Shoots over six-hours will require at-cost reimbursable hourly expense wage-rates.
POST-PRODUCTION:
Overall post-production lead time can vary between one-to-two weeks, [at 40-to-80-hours of editing] of digital video-editing time about depending on additional effects and or adjustment 'tweaking' needs finalizing for seamless video viewing. Minimum of one 'sit-down' studio session between client and KellStudio should be arranged before or during the video-editing process.
Digital Video Editing includes;
Special Effects - 'greenscreen' + graphics 'animation'.
Audio Tuning & Matching of 'voice-overs' and or audio recordings.
Sound & Music Scoring - sound-effects & soundtrack.
Color Grading - color quality-control of videography.
PROMOTION
[Optional - additional $200.00 fee]
One 'pilot' showing will be provided prior to release for post-production evaluation and trailer development.
One 'trailer' will be provided upon completion for promotional purposes.

Twenty-five page script limit. Casting-talent and location-scouting not included. Two rehearsal limit. If further reshoots or redesign are required a fee will be charge to be determined. Post-production edits and review changes limit to two. Additional equipment, props or studio rental requirements will be negotiated to fit within the budgeted fee-structure package.
